Before we decide if we’re the right fit, you can send me a brief of your project. Or we can jump on a 15-minute call to talk about your business’ needs.

 

2. 📋 Proposal

 

If we’re a good fit, I prepare a detailed proposal including all the details about the project’s deliverables. You know exactly what to expect. Once approved, I send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to guarantee a slot in my calendar.

 

3. 🏁 Kick off

 

Before I even open Google Docs, I start researching. 

 

The more information you can share with me the better. Information about your business goals, your product, and your customers. Testimonials, sales call transcripts, support records, and review mining help me understand how your customers and prospects talk about you.

 

4. ✍️ Writing

 

When I’ve found everything I need, I create an outline for each piece of content. 

 

Then, I share the outline with you for approval. If everything looks good, I start writing.

 

5. 📩 Delivery

 

I submit the first draft within the agreed timeframe. Then if there are any revisions, we work together to refine the draft. One round of revisions within 10 business days is included in the standard rate.

 

6. 🚀 Launch

 

After finalizing revisions, the project is done and ready to go live.
